About Infinidash
We Only Build for the Trades.
No pivot when a bigger market shows up.
Infinidash is field service software for shops that run trucks — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and the two dozen trades next to them. That's the whole list. We're not a logistics platform wearing a work shirt, and we're not a general business suite with a trades template bolted on. Every screen assumes you dispatch technicians to addresses and get paid at the end of it.
What owners told us
-
$2,500/mo
What one owner pays for the system he calls "way too much" — to pay for, and to use.
-
6clicks
Just to start creating a single job. Not to finish it. To start it.
-
0tablets in use
He bought them for the whole crew. They live in the trucks now — the guys text him from their own phones.
-
50%+of days
The schedule falls apart. Then they call every affected customer, one at a time.
Four things owners told us about the software they're already paying for. None of these are our numbers — that's the point. We'd rather show you the day we're trying to fix than a user count you have no way to check.
It Started at Their Kitchen Tables.
Not in a boardroom, and not from a market-size slide. It started by sitting down with business owners who were already paying for field service software, and asking them what their day actually looked like.
The answers rhymed. One owner was paying around twenty-five hundred a month for a system he described as "way too much" — too much to pay, and too much to use. Another spends all morning setting up the schedule, and still goes out on calls himself. He walked us through creating a single job. It took six clicks just to get started. He'd bought tablets for all of his technicians. The tablets now live in the trucks. His guys use their personal phones and text him instead — and then he re-types it all into the software he's paying for. When his techs collect checks, they hit the books instantly, and if there are problems with the check, it means more work for him to get his A/R back in order.
The owners we sat with told us their schedules fall apart on more than half of all days. When it does, they reshuffle the board and then start calling customers, one at a time, to tell them their window moved. That's not a software problem they'd ever thought to complain about. It's just their afternoon.
And when we asked what actually hurt, more than a few mentioned fuel costs.
Infinidash is what we built after listening to that. Not a longer feature list — a shorter day.
Four Things We're Not Going to Change Our Minds About.
Not values. Positions — each one decides what gets built and what doesn't.
The system should do the remembering.
Software shouldn't nag you to keep it up to date. It should track what's outstanding, refuse to forget it, and ask you once — at the moment you can actually answer. Most "thorough" software just moves its bookkeeping onto you and calls that a feature.
A feature you don’t use is a feature in your way.
Every owner we've talked to says a version of the same thing: there's too much of it, and none of it can be hidden. Depth should be something you grow into, not something you walk around every morning.
It has to work on the phone in his pocket.
Not on a tablet you bought him that's living in the door pocket of the truck. If a technician can't invoice, take a photo, and update a job from the phone he already carries, the update reaches you as a text message and you type it in yourself. Phone-first isn't a preference here. It's the bar.
Real roads, real money.
Route optimization on straight lines is a demo. We route on real roads, because the number that matters isn't miles on an odometer — it's what you hand over at the pump. If we can't show you that difference, the feature isn't done.
The Short List of Things We Won't Sell You.
-
No per-technician toll booth.
Pro and Premier are unlimited users. Your wife answering phones two afternoons a week shouldn’t cost you a seat.
-
No contract games.
Month-to-month or annual — whichever fits how you run. We honor both, and we don’t price the freedom to leave.
-
No mandatory implementation project.
No consultants, no month-long rollout, no statement of work. For our earliest customers we move your data over ourselves, including from ServiceTitan — while we’re still small enough to do it by hand and check every row. That one has a shelf life, and we’d rather say so now than quietly drop it later.
-
No logistics detour.
We were asked to take the routing engine into delivery and last-mile. We said no. Same engine, one industry.
-
No enterprise drift.
The moment a product starts getting designed for a 400-truck company, it stops being right for a 10-truck one. We know which one we’re building for.
What Working With Us Actually Looks Like.
Infinidash is onboarding its first customers, one shop at a time, personally. That's not a growth tactic we'll be quietly retiring at scale — it's where the product is today, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to lose the kind of customer we want.
Here's what it means for you. You'll get a walkthrough on your schedule, not a scripted demo. Your data gets moved by hand and checked. When something's wrong, you email us and the reply comes from the person who wrote the code — not a ticket queue, and not an account manager who has to go ask. And when you tell us something is missing, it's a real conversation about whether it gets built next, because right now there aren't a hundred other voices in the room.

Come Tell Us We're Wrong.
If you run a shop and something on this page doesn't match your day, we want to hear it — that's genuinely how this gets built. And if it does match, the demo takes about half an hour.
